2026 Superposter Launch
Starting in 2026, Ohio’s minimum wage rates are changing. To help your business stay compliant, Ohio Grocers Association (OGA) will be distributing updated 2026 Superposters with the latest state and federal labor law requirements.
Key Update for 2026:
- Minimum Wage Increase: Effective 2026, Ohio’s minimum wage will rise to:
- Nontipped Employees: $11.00 per hour
- Tipped Employees: $5.50 per hour
This is an increase from 2025 rates of $10.70 for nontipped employees and $5.35 for tipped employees.
You will need a updated poster for 2026, since there are new changes.
