Various food recalls were announced this week, including:

  • Royal Seafood Baza, Inc. recalls various ready to eat herring products because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes – see recall.

November 3, 2016

Various food recalls were announced this week, including:

  • Mondelēz Global LLC issues nationwide voluntary recall of Oreo fudge cremes product due to milk allergen not being declared in the ingredient list – see recall.
  • Back to Nature recalls chocolate chunk cookies, mini chocolate chunk cookies and chocolate granola because the products contain chocolate purchased from a third party supplier which was found to contain undeclared milk that is not listed as an ingredient on the label – see recall.

October 27, 2016

Various food recalls were announced this week, including:

  • Crider Inc. recalls canned organic roasted chicken breasts due to possible foreign matter contamination – see recall.
  • Brownwood Farms recalls 260,000 total units of various fruit preserves and fruit butter products due to undeclared milk – see recall.

October 13, 2016

Various food recalls were announced this week, including:

  • McCormick & Company, Inc. recalls McCormick original taco seasoning mix due to an unlabeled milk allergen – see recall.
  •  Nestlé USA recalls Nestlé® Drumstick® Club 16 count variety and 24 count vanilla pack due to positive test results for Listeria monocytogenes from equipment contact surfaces from a location on the production line where these products are made – see recall.
  •  Turkey Hill Dairy recalls Dutch Chocolate Premium Ice Cream because the product may contain Rocky Road Premium Ice Cream instead of Dutch Chocolate Premium Ice Cream – see recall.
  •  Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream Company recalls select products containing Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough pieces due to products being made with a chocolate chip cookie dough ingredient supplied by Aspen Hills, Inc. which has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes – see recall.

  • McCain Foods USA, Inc. expands recall on frozen onion rings sold and distributed under private label retailer brands – see recall.
  • Tyson Foods Inc. issues recall for 132,520 pounds of fully cooked chicken nugget products because they may be contaminated with hard plastic – see recall.

Kellogg Company issues voluntary recall on a limited number of Kellogg’s® Eggo® Nutri-Grain® Whole Wheat Waffles due to the potential contamination of Listeria monocytogenes – see recall.
