USDA Releases Final Rule for Mechanically Tenderized Beef

(May 14, 2015) Yesterday, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) released its final rule on new requirements of the labeling of beef that has been mechanically tenderized (i.e. cube steaks, etc).
