SuperPoster Update

(April 19, 2012)  As reported in our Special Alert on Tuesday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit granted a request for an injunction on NLRB’s notice-posting rule, delaying the effective date of the requirement until the Court has a chance to hear arguments and issue a ruling.  This means that the April 30 posting date is no longer valid.  The D.C. Circuit Order scheduled oral arguments for September; therefore, the earliest the rule could go into effect would be late in the year, if at all.

As a result of the change, we will not update our SuperPoster at this time.  We will continue to monitor changes to the poster and will likely print an updated version for 2013.

(April 5, 2012)  We held off updating our SuperPoster because of uncertainty with the NLRB posting rule scheduled to go into effect on April 30.  We are now in the process of updating the poster to incorporate the NLRB posting requirement, and we will have it available for purchase in early May.  To meet the requirement on April 30, you can download the NLRB poster.
