The "Behavior Forecaster" evaluates key job behaviors that include:
- 3 Interpersonal Skills
- 5 Personality Traits
- 5 Motivations
The "PASS III Character Survey" evaluates important attitudes toward:
- Trustworthiness
- Alienation/Work Ethic
- Drugs & Drinking Attitudes of Candidates
All three major survey programs are available as separate packages designed to meet individual business objectives of each employer, and are offered in two convenient methods of on-site administration and instant scoring: e-testing and test booklets. On-site drug and alcohol tests are also available through Personnel Systems.
