Becoming a member of the new and improved Association Coupon Services Coupon Program (formerly OGA Coupon Program) brings several advantages to your retail operation, not the least is the fact that today’s cost-conscious consumers choose where they will shop (or not shop) depending upon whether the manufacturers’ coupons are accepted.

The ACS Coupon Redemption Program is designed specifically to take the hassle out of this time consuming process. Here’s how the program works:

• Manufacturers’ coupons are collected at the time of sale, and no sorting or counting is required!
• When the retailer decides that the quantity of coupons is sufficient, they are boxed and shipped to ACS’s office, located in El Paso, Texas. This allows a shorter turn around time, and the retailer will be paid within 28 days of receipt of the coupons in Texas.
• These coupons are then sorted and invoiced to manufacturers. Then ASC receives totals on each shipment processed and sends it to the manufacturers for payment.
• Retailers then receive payment for the full face value of each coupon processed plus a portion of the manufacturer handling fee paid. This handling fee is based total coupons in the shipment…
• 1-700 coupons………………………..$.050 handling per coupon
• 701+ coupons………………………...$.055 handling per coupon
• In addition retailers will also get a postage reimbursement, and ACS provides insurance coverage from the minute the coupons leave the retailer’s store, providing proof of receipt.
