Warning! The threat of Workplace Violence is with us whether we like it or not. However, recognizing the warning signs and responding properly can help. You can recognize the "Red Flags" and resolve differences before things turn violent!

Train your management team on key preventative measures! Dealing with: fights and arguments, internal and external threats, and witness reports.

The 60 - 90 minute program will help:

  • Introduce the basics
  • Identify warning signs
  • Organize your response team
  • Offer real solutions

This is a self-contained package. Train up to 10 managers for only $135 for members and $235 for non-members (includes tax and shipping). Includes:

  • Video or CD-Rom Presentation (18 min. duration)
  • Program Workbooks centering on warning signs and Crisis Response Team organization
  • Trainer's Guide with presentation tips and training aids
  • Program Certificates to recognize management participants
